How to make it so that when a web page is loaded into a web browser, the browser will serve up the freshest and most recent version of that particular page instead of serving up a page from the browser's cache ?

By adding a simple line of code to each of your pages, you can stop browser caching by 99%.

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">

Why on earth would you want to stop a page from being cached?

Imagine a gallery, the surfer enters the gallery, and the html page loads, he then clicks on an image, and hit the back button, why should the page be loaded from the webserver once again, while it could be in the cache, and load instantly?

Elaborate please, since I'm not sure I see the clever point in this? :)
